Since my journey of losing baby weight is complete (yay), I am now not so strict about following an exercise program from A to Z. Instead I’m having fun dabbling with different types of fitness.  Going for short runs on the beach and checking out some group classes around Juhu/ Bandra, and just enjoying movement and feeling good in my body.

Here are some fitness classes that are on my bucket list to try in Mumbai in January!

  1. Aerial Silks at The Space in Juhu
  2. Activ8Studio to see if I still vehemently dislike pilates
  3. Class with @Eefa_Shrof 
  4. Keep doing kettlebells with Nam and my Thursday class with Seema and get strong!
  5. Cindy’s Bootcamp, near Juhu Beach.

And this isn’t a fitness class but a big thing on my wish list is acupuncture with the highly sought-after Dr. Jewel Gamadia.  Let’s see if I can pull that off!

What am I missing here?  Any other fitness classes I should check out?
