Speaking of addiction … this video is worth watching. I watched it after a few days of over-doing it with carrot cake, cheesecake, apple pie, cookies, chocolate, etc.  Can you tell that I’m fed up with sugar today?

It’s Winter … Get Out and Enjoy It!
This weekend, I laced up my sneakers and went for a long run outside for the first time in a LONG time. I love running, but I didn’t run during my pregnancy, and now I’m 6 months postpartum.  So we’re talking first run in 15-ish months. It felt AMAZING! Thanks to Mr. Money Mustache for the reminder to get outside.
