I’m back from vacation in California/ Oregon/ Washington … it’s good to be home!

Last week’s health challenge was to eat a salad every day while on vacation. It worked out pretty well – I didn’t make it every day but I did have many salads on trains, planes and in restaurants.

This week I’m excited to stretch my legs after being cooped up on trains and planes. So the health challenge is to go running every single day, 3 mile minimum. Does this sound extreme? I actually did this for a full month once and loved it.
