Getting healthy does not have to be expensive, my friends. In NYC I see people going to $30+ spinning classes and shake my head.

In fact, some of the very best healing activities are absolutely free:

1. Drinking a gallon of water a day. Read about the healing power of water here.

2. Fasting for 12 hours a day (ie 8pm to 8am), so your body doesn’t have to do the hard work of digestion through the night. This allows your body to focus on detoxification during the night. You will wake up feeling refreshed.

3. Sleeping for 8 hours a night, ie 11pm to 7am.

4. Meditation for 5 minutes a day minimum.

5. Breathing
