This week I’m taking on a health challenge:
Drink 20 oz of water first thing when I wake up in the morning!
I always teach clients to drink 1/2 their body weight in water each day. For example – if you weigh 140 pounds, drink 70 ounces of water each day. These 20 ounces in the morning will get me well on my way!
I have a 16 ounce glass jar so I’m filling that up, then having a few more gulps.
